Ain’t it funny

An animated snippet from Danny Brown’s Ain’t it Funny off of the 2016 album atrocity exhibition. The song tells the story of Danny’s personal struggle with drugs and alcohol, along with themes of self loathing. My goal was to encapsulate this disorientation visually and metaphorically. Whilst not being incredibly chaotic, as the tone is more so resentful and uneasy rather than discombobulating.
